I’ll be honest with you — we’re six months into the year and I haven’t been largely impressed with the movies on offer. How can be now be in June and I’ve only logged one five-star banger on Letterboxd? Thankfully, the summer might be able to save everything, whether that’s through Marvel redeeming itself with Deadpool & Wolverine or Inside Out 2 making us sob into our popcorn all over again.

Once again I’ve been incredibly lucky this issue, sitting down with Joseph Quinn and Lupita Nyong’o to chat all things threequel-prequel in A Quiet Place: Day One. We’ve caught up with the creators and stars of Fancy Dance and We Are Lady Parts Season 2, while also looking ahead to the rest of 2024. How many more times can Kraven the Hunter be delayed?
